About the exhibition

MIIW-2021: a demonstration of the new reality of modern production

Moscow International Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition (MIIW) is a new project intended to demonstrate the integrated solutions of state-of-the-art mechanical engineering production taking into account the synthesis of machine systems and integrated digital automation tools. The evolution of the digital economy dictates new rules and working conditions for modern companies. They have to learn to live in a dynamic world of continuous innovations and become the generators of new ideas, in turn, it will improve the promptness of the managerial decision-making and receive the economic and social effects.

The event is held in the purpose of promoting the opportunities provided by intelligent production to address the challenges specified in the national projects "Digital economy" and "International cooperation and export", aimed at support and development of the industrial sector in Russia:

Russian robotics entered the service in the Emirates and Turkey

02 July 2020

Innovative robocops, developed by a Russian company, began the service in the police of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, and Sabihi Gokchen Airport in Istanbul, Turkey. The robots are responsible for patrolling, surveillance of the officers and visitors of the capital police facilities, temperature measurement and law enforcement. The robot is capable to communicate in the English and Arabic languages. According to the manufacturers, the Russian innovation is the only service robot over the world, which speaks Arabic.

The state subsidy for Russian exports will be restarted in July

18 June 2020

It is planned to start a state program aimed at support to the Russian export during the complicated epidemiological situation in July 2020. It is about the allocation of subsidies to industrial enterprises for certification of Russian goods abroad and bringing them into line with the target market requirements. This is reported by the Russian Export Center (JSC "REC"), which is the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation for administration of this support program.

The Prime Minister approved the strategy for development of processing industry

18 June 2020

Mikhail Mishustin approved the strategy for development of processing industry up to 2024 and for the period up to 2035. The main goals set forth in the document are as follows: acceleration of technological development in Russia, implementation of digital technologies in production, competitiveness improvement of export products. The strategy implementation envisages the growth of processing industry production index up to 116% by 2024, in 2035 - 192% (compared to the base year of 2019).
